Your attending doctor will choose the time of your discharge from the hospital. On the day of discharge, you will receive a confirmation of your stay at Reception.
On the day of discharge, we ask that you vacate the room by 11 a.m. to make it available for the next patient. This time may be delayed for medical reasons. It sometimes happens that patients cannot be discharged as planned, which can result in delays in issuing the rooms. We always strive to resolve these situations for you as quickly as possible.
If you would like to pay your bill with extra charges (such as telephone, parking garage, etc.) in cash, with a debit card or credit card, you may do this from Monday to Friday, from 6:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., or on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. If you are a self-payer or have made other special arrangements with us, we ask that you discuss this with our Admission office or Billing office.
