Ragnitz Graz Private Hospital has always been a pioneer in terms of quality. This quality work is seen as an essential element which covers all areas. We focus on medical quality management as much as on services that go beyond medical treatment.
Medical outcome quality
When patients choose a hospital, they want to go where they will receive the best medical care. This information is hard to come by, though. Measuring medical outcome quality is a difficult task since the basic prerequisites for an operation or a treatment are different for each individual.
Nevertheless the PremiQaMed private hospitals have taken on this challenging task and has begun by surveying the number of wounds that become infected by hospital as a preliminary indicator of medical outcome quality. Everything should nominally be done to prevent these infections, so the figure should approach zero. The figure below shows the values for PremiQaMed private hospitals compared to the international nominal values.

Accreditations
- Accreditation of our sleep laboratory by the Austrian Society for Sleep Medicine and Sleep Research (ASRA)
- Accreditation established by AGAKAR (Association for Outpatient Cardiac Prevention and Rehabilitation)
- Validation in sterilization procedures conducted in large steam sterilizers conforming to the Austrian standard EN 554
- Validation and monitoring of machine cleaning and disinfecting procedures for flexible endoscopy according to the Austrian standard EN ISO 15 883
Company report 2023
In the PremiQaMed Group's eight healthcare facilities, around 2,000 employees from 45 nations – together with the top doctors with whom we work in partnership – once again made an important contribution to healthcare in 2023: they cared for more than 51,000 inpatients and over 130,000 outpatients in the Group's facilities.
Patients thanked us for this last year with an average recommendation rate of 97 percent.
